Emanon is a three-disc album by American jazz musician Wayne Shorter. The album was released on September 14, 2018 via Blue Note label, containing both studio and live recordings.[12][13] Emanon is a physical-only release available in two versions—a Standard Edition that includes three CDs with the graphic novel, and a Deluxe Edition that packages three vinyl LPs and three CDs with the graphic novel enclosed in a hardcover slipcase.

Still Dreaming is a studio album by American jazz musician Joshua Redman.[5] The album was recorded with Ron Miles on cornet, Scott Colley on bass, and Brian Blade on drums, and released on 25 May 2018 via Nonesuch label. The album is inspired by Joshua Redman's father Dewey Redman's 1976–1987 band, Old and New Dreams.[6] The record consist of eight compositions of which six are originals written by bandmembers.

Seymour Reads the Constitution! is an album by pianist Brad Mehldau. The trio recording, with Larry Grenadier on bass and Jeff Ballard on drums, was released by Nonesuch Records in 2018. The pianist reported that the melody of the title track came from a dream, during which actor Philip Seymour Hoffman read to him. The album received two Grammy nominations at the end of 2018.
